Welcome to 10X10 Drawing The City London

10×10 is a project which divides an area of London into a 10 x 10 grid. Each square is allocated to prominent architects, designers and artists, who come together in the summer to create 100 artistic perspectives of London.

10×10 creates a unique snapshot of London and raises money for Article 25, the UK’s leading architectural and construction aid charity.

10×10 starts with the Drawing Weekend. Participating artists swap ideas over refreshments before Article 25 trustee Jack Pringle officially starts 10×10 with a speech. Artists spill out onto the streets, explore their square and start working on the images that will be auctioned. Documented on social media using the #10x10London hashtag, the Drawing Weekend gives people a unique insight into the creative process that produces the art works they will be bidding on.

This year’s Drawing Weekend will be held over the 9-10 of August. Article 25 staff will be in the London Bridge area, so find us for a chat.
